Competition rules Alma Easter competition

Find a giant chocolate Easter bunny in the Almas in central Leuven (Alma 1, Alma 2, 't Academisch kwartier, Groep T), campus Arenberg (Alma 3, De Moete, Esat2 and Quadrivium), campus Gasthuisberg and campus Kortrijk.
Only residents of Justus Lipsius College can participate in the Easter bunny competition at Justus Lipsius location.
Guess the weight of the giant Easter bunny.
Go to www.almaction.be and enter your name, email address, your Alma location and the weight of the Easter Bunny, and answer the shifting question ("How many participants will take part in the contest at your Alma location?").

The best estimator wins the giant Easter bunny.
In case of ex aequo, the answer to the estimation question is decisive. This question relates to the number of participants in the Alma branch where there is an ex aequo. If there is an additional tie on the ranking question, the chronologically first answer wins.
The competition will close on Friday 28 March at 3pm.
Winners will be notified via email on Friday evening, 28 March.

The winner will collect the Easter bunny in his/her Alma between 28 march and april 4th 2025 during Alma's opening hours, on presentation of the student or staff card.

Participants fully accept these competition rules and all decisions made by Alma KU Leuven in connection with the competition.
The judgement of the jury is binding and no correspondence can be entered into regarding the results.

By participating in the competition, the participant authorises Alma to register and use the data communicated in order to inform the participant about this competition promotion and about other Alma promotions.
This data will not be passed on to third parties.
Participants have the right of access to this data. This means that Alma will provide information about the data being processed. Participants can have data rectified or deleted and have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
